Bloomberg in Singapore seeks a Leadership Development – Talent Delivery Specialist to co-create and deliver scalable programs across APAC. You will connect employees to growth opportunities, facilitate executive-level sessions, and collaborate with global teams to adapt offerings to local business needs.

You will drive a culture of learning, leverage AI thoughtfully, and partner with HR and leaders to ensure programs align with strategic priorities and organizational development goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in facilitation, coaching, and learning leadership.
• Proven track record delivering leadership programs across geographies including APAC.
• Experience guiding audiences from entry to executive levels with confidence.
• Global collaboration experience with APAC stakeholders and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Drive a Learning and Growth Culture using the 70/20/10 model to connect programs with career growth.
• Engage employees; represent the Talent team and communicate growth opportunities.
• Facilitate leadership and team development programs; tailor delivery to Bloomberg culture.
• Collaborate with global content leads to adapt programs for APAC needs.
• Stay current on L&D, organizational behavior, and responsible AI in learning.
• Collect feedback and share insights to inform program evolution.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to align initiatives with priorities.
• Identify improvements and scale delivery using thoughtful AI support.
• Deliver developmental assessments and pursue accreditation where relevant.
