Job summary

Bloomberg in Singapore is seeking a Leadership Development – Talent Delivery Specialist to shape and deliver scalable leadership programs across APAC. You will connect employees to meaningful learning experiences, align initiatives with business priorities, and collaborate with content leads to adapt programs for local and regional audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilitation, coaching, learning & leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Learning and Growth Culture using the 70/20/10 model and promote self-directed growth.
• Engage employees and leaders, communicating opportunities for growth and the value of Talent initiatives.
• Facilitate organization-wide programs and workshops, tailoring content to Bloomberg’s culture and needs.
• Collaborate with global teams to design and deliver leadership and team effectiveness content for APAC and beyond.
• Stay current on leadership development, adult learning, and responsible AI in learning contexts.
• Gather feedback and share insights with content leads to evolve programs.
