Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning and Development leader to design and implement an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum aligned with the organization's leadership strategy. You will partner with external training consultants to deliver programs and ensure reinforcement for knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development with a focus on Leadership and People Development or Talent Management.
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
• WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) or Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with an ability to present effectively.
• Analytical, resourceful, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Design an integrated Leadership and People Development (LPD) curriculum aligned with the organization’s leadership strategy.
• Collaborate with external training consultants to deliver LPD programs and ensure reinforcement for knowledge retention.
• Source and implement leadership and behavioral assessments.
• Collaborate on leadership content for senior leaders as “Management Trainers.”
• Regularly review in-house education programs to align with organizational goals.
• Ensure the orientation program remains effective for new joiners.
• Increase focus on leadership and people development across the organization.
• Handle logistics and administration for leadership training with support from Shared Services.
