Job summary

NTUC LearningHub Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Leadership Associate Trainer to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for leaders and professionals across industries.

You will leverage your corporate leadership background to engage participants in meaningful conversations about leadership, culture, and change. You will develop and deliver leadership programs and facilitate dialogues that drive behavioural change and engagement, collaborating with the curriculum team and clients to tailor

Qualifications

• MBA or PhD from a recognized institution.
• Certification in Learning & Development (ACLP/ACTA) is required or desirable.
• DACE/DDDLP certification preferred.
• At least 10 years in senior corporate leadership roles (Director level or above).
• Minimum 5 years in corporate training, facilitation, or executive education.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership programs, executive learning sessions and transformation workshops for mid- to senior-level corporate audiences.
• Facilitate strategic dialogues, leadership reflections and experiential learning activities.
• Support organisations in executing leadership and cultural transformation initiatives through learning and facilitation.
• Collaborate with curriculum team and clients to tailor content to objectives and learner needs.
• Profile and administer recognised profiling or behavioural assessment tools to support development planning.

We are looking for Leadership Associate Trainer to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for leaders and professionals across industries. You will leverage your corporate leadership background to engage participants in meaningful conversations about leadership, culture, and change-bridging theory with real-world business insight.

• Develop and deliver leadership programs, executive learning sessions and transformation workshops for mid- to senior-level corporate audiences.
• Facilitate strategic dialogues, leadership reflections and experiential learning activities that challenge perspectives and drive behavioural change and engagement.
• Support organizations in executing leadership and cultural transformation initiatives through learning and facilitation.
• Collaborate and provide support to the curriculum team and clients in adapting and tailoring content and methodologies to align with targeted objectives and learner needs.
• Profiling & Assessment Administer and interpret recognized profiling or behavioural assessment tools to enhance leadership self-awareness and development planning (where applicable).

Job Requirement

• MBA/PhD from a recognized institution.
• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA.
• Certification in DACE/DDDLP is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior corporate leadership roles (Director level or above) across diverse organizations with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate training, facilitation, or executive education.
• Proven experience in leadership development, change management and organizational transformation.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in behavioural or personality assessment tools (DISC is preferred).
• Demonstrate strong executive presence (gravitas) and ability to engage senior leaders with authenticity and influence.
• Demonstrates strong communication and facilitation capabilities, with the confidence and agility to operate effectively in dynamic, fast-changing, and ambiguous business environments.
