Job summary

The Edge Partnership Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an L&D expert in Singapore to drive leadership development strategies aimed at identifying, developing and retaining high-potential talent.

Responsibilities include designing leadership training programs, collaborating with external trainers, using leadership assessments to tailor development plans, and coordinating program logistics while ensuring content remains relevant across leadership levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Learning & Development, especially in leadership or talent development.
• Degree in HR or related discipline.
• Training certifications like ACLP or ACTA are a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
