Job summary

Search AI Company is seeking a Sr Customer Architect in Singapore to act as a trusted technical advisor, crafting Technical Success Plans and guiding customers through implementation and adoption of the company's solutions. You will work with the account and services teams to maximize value and ARR.

You will translate business goals into technical requirements, identify frictions, and drive ongoing adoption while nurturing strategic customer relationships across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in similar roles or as a Solutions Architect/Technical Consultant.
• Experience with company solutions or Elasticsearch stack and aligning them with business goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the customer derives significant value, eliminates technical frictions, and grows ARR.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and Solutions Architect to provide technical coverage.
• Define a technical success plan for each customer.
• Ensure a successful technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition and align with customer goals.
• Identify and eliminate technical frictions for smoother adoption.
• Liaise between customers and support to optimize resolution and adoption.
• As a hands-on technical authority, collaborate with Service Team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Translate customer business needs into technical requirements for the solutions.
• Find opportunities for expansion and assist in ARR growth.
• Foster ongoing relationships and drive increased utilization of solutions.
• Review customer consumption and suggest upgrades to increase value.
