Zusammenfassung

No deviation in Singapore seeks an Upstream MSAT Engineer to provide seasoned scientific and process engineering support for NPI, tech transfer and commercial biologics manufacturing. You will lead workstreams, assess risks, and guide the PD team on complex investigations and process improvements.

The role requires strong biologics process knowledge, manufacturing experience, and the ability to communicate implications to leadership while aligning with governance structures.

Qualifikationen

Master's or bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related field with substantial experience.
6+ years in commercial biopharma manufacturing and regulated environments (cGMP).
Experience in technology transfer, NPI and process characterization is preferred.

Aufgaben

Lead NPI and technology transfer workstreams with risk assessment and documentation.
Support readiness for engineering runs, PPQ, and site requirements.
Provide guidance on deviations, investigations and technical decisions.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and PD to resolve process issues.
Coach engineers in problem solving and technical communication.
