PES International in Singapore is seeking an Upstream Biotechnologist/Process Engineer to join our Life Sciences team on a permanent basis. You will own SUS process operations, support biologics manufacturing and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

Qualifications

• Upstream biologics process knowledge (harvesting, inoculation, fermentation).
• Experience with single-use systems (SUS) and NPIs/Brownfield projects.
• Ability to document manufacturing formulas and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Act as process owner for SUS activities and support routine biologics manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot single-use defects, process issues and decontamination.
• Support deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
• Create SOPs, MBRs and process design maps.
• Own change controls for manufacturing processes and NPIs.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, Engineering and Validation.
