Job summary
Amgen Singapore Manufacturing Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Process Development Engineer (MSAT) to provide scientific and technical support within the Process Development group at the Singapore facility.
You will contribute to tech transfer, process qualification and troubleshooting across unit operations. You will support NPI and lifecycle changes by aligning process design with site capabilities, run make-a-batch exercises, and help improve transfer efficiency through templated docs and lessons
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemical/biological engineering or related field.
- Experience with process development and manufacturing support in biotech.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide scientific and technical support within the Process Development group.
- Coordinate tech transfer, process qualification, and troubleshooting of unit operations.
- Support NPI and lifecycle changes by integrating process design requirements with site procedures.
- Contribute to make-a-batch exercises to determine facility fit and identify gaps.
- Develop and maintain tech transfer efficiency tools and templated documents.
- Foster relationships with drug substance technology teams, NPI, QA, Supply Chain and manufacturing teams.
- Utilize strong technical and verbal communication in deviation assessment and presentations.
