Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Lead Engineer, MSAT - Tech Transfer (DSP) to drive the timely transfer of purification stages into the Singapore facility. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with Lonza teams, customers, QA/QC, and manufacturing to ensure robust tech transfer and successful campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech process development or related manufacturing, with a strong background in chemical/biochemical engineering, Excel and data analysis,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in biotechnology process development or related manufacturing.
• Graduate degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in biotechnology process development, process support, or related manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Excel and statistical data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record delivering projects under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer of purification stages to Lonza Singapore facility.
• Oversee process support, monitoring and post-campaign activities.
• Lead investigations into process trends and deviations.
• Write change requests and drive implementation.
• Design and perform small-scale lab experiments to support transfer.
• Develop training materials for MFG operators on purification records.
• Support inspections and audits by customers and regulators.
