GFM VIVO CITY PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations in Singapore. You will supervise chefs and kitchen staff, uphold recipe standards, and ensure fast, high-quality service during peak hours.

We require strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to menu planning and cost control in a dynamic, busy environment.

Competenze

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
• Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff and coordinating duties.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to maintain high food quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisational and inventory-control abilities.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as scheduled.

Mansioni

• Assist Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen team during preparation and service.
• Coordinate duties and workflow across kitchen sections.
• Ensure dishes follow approved recipes and portion sizes.
• Monitor food quality, taste, freshness and presentation.
• Manage orders and ensure timely service.
