Job summary

TALENTVIS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior technology leader to drive multi-disciplinary teams across software, AI and data engineering in Singapore.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery for mission-critical systems and set engineering standards. The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong SDLC, secure development practices, and a track record delivering AI/ML projects in enterprise settings. You will shape technology roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in software/tech leadership.
• 7+ years in senior software engineering / technology / delivery leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary software, AI and data teams.
• Strong SDLC, architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD and secure development.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Job Responsibilities

Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams across Software Engineering, AI, Data, DevSecOps and Platform Engineering .

Drive end-to-end software development and delivery for complex and mission-critical systems.

Establish engineering standards, SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, cybersecurity and quality governance .

Manage resource planning and delivery across multiple projects and business priorities.

Develop technology roadmaps and drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, automation and emerging technologies .

Lead AI-enabled solutions from concept through implementation and deployment.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT or related discipline .

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience , including at least 7 years in senior software engineering / technology / delivery leadership .

Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software, AI and data engineering teams .

Strong experience in full SDLC, software architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD and secure software development .

Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning / Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, resource planning and project delivery capabilities.
