Job summary

BeathChapman Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive technical direction, design scalable software, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on across projects.

You will collaborate with product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams, lead code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion modern DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices to deliver high-impact digital solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading technical initiatives, teams, modules, or workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and solution design.
• Expertise in technologies such as Java, C#, TypeScript, React, Angular, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, Agile delivery, DevOps, and secure development practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and mentoring others.
