Job summary

Small workshop in Singapore is seeking a capable Site Manager to oversee daily construction operations, plan and schedule activities, and coordinate resources on site.

You will supervise workers and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with clients and management. Relevant civil engineering background and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities.
• Supervise and train workers and subcontractors, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support.
• Enforce safety regulations, conduct quality inspections, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective action.
• Maintain clear communication with management, subcontractors, and clients.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts on site.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety inspections.
