Job summary

UTAC HEADQUARTERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to manage a team of engineers, drive semiconductor test program development, validation, and implementation to meet datasheet specifications.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, quality, and manufacturing to ensure robust test coverage and production readiness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Electronics or related field, 5+ years in semiconductor test, and prior leadership experience; hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical or related discipline; required.
Minimum 5 years in semiconductor test development or product engineering.
Leadership experience preferred; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Engineers to achieve objectives.
Design, develop, validate, and implement semiconductor test programs and methodologies.
Drive continuous process improvements, test optimization, and yield enhancement.
Support NPI, test program development and qualification activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers on testing solutions.
Engage with third-party suppliers for ATE solutions and new technology.
Ensure robust test coverage and production efficiency in high-volume manufacturing.
Mentor and develop engineering capabilities within the team.
