Job summary

TANGSPAC SEARCH PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a motivated Semiconductor Test Engineer to support device testing, test program development, and quality improvements. You will ensure products meet performance, reliability, and quality standards through testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities include developing test programs, executing functional/parametric tests, operating ATE systems, and conducting root-cause investigations to drive continuous improvement and yield enhancement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or related.
• Experience in semiconductor or electronics testing preferred.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest or Teradyne is advantageous.
• Proficiency in C/C++ or Python for test programming and data analysis.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test coverage, productivity, product quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, quality procedures, and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Experience in semiconductor testing, electronics testing, or test engineering is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATE platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor test methodologies, including functional testing, parametric testing, and failure analysis.
• Experience with test programming, data analysis, and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as C/C++, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
