Job summary

GOAL SETTERZ BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. invites applications for an ATE Test Development / Product / Post-Silicon Validation Engineer. The role requires hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication, testing and manufacturing processes, and familiarity with ATE test platforms.

You will work with internal Operations and external subcontractors, supporting NPI and sustaining products, driving test yield improvements, data analysis and engineering debugging across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline.
• Minimum 2 years in semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Product Engineering, Test Engineering or Post-Silicon Validation.
• Understanding of fabrication, testing and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ATE test patterns, flows, execution and debugging.
• Hands-on ATE testing and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Teradyne ETS88/ETS364/UltraFLEX preferred.
• Programming in C++ and/or Python advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive Final Test and Wafer Sort yield improvement and cycle-time reductions.
• Support daily engineering debug activities and investigations.
• Perform data collection, analysis and engineering reports.
• Maintain documentation on product manufacturability.
• Support lot-on-hold disposition based on analysis.
• Generate yield and Pareto reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for NPI and sustaining devices testing.
• Assist ATE test execution, troubleshooting and related engineering activities.
• Analyse test results for yield, quality and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
