Job summary

Best NanoTech in Singapore is seeking a Senior Test Engineer with hands-on semiconductor ATE test development, characterization, debugging and production test. You will develop and optimize test programs for wafer sort and final test, support new product introduction, and work to improve yield and test efficiency.

Ideal candidates have practical experience with Advantest V93K, Teradyne UltraFLEX or J750 and a solid understanding of the complete production test flow across Wafer Sort, CP and FT.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in semiconductor test engineering or ATE development.
• Hands-on with major ATE platforms and Wafer Sort/CP or Final Test.
• Experience in test program development, debugging and characterization.
• Strong understanding of production test methodology and yield analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, characterize and maintain ATE test programs for semiconductor devices.
• Support Wafer Sort, Circuit Probe and Final Test activities.
• Develop test methodologies and test flows for new products.
• Perform test program correlation, characterization and validation before release.
• Support NPI from engineering through production ramp.
• Analyze test data to identify yield loss and test escapes.
• Optimize test programs to improve time, coverage and yield.
• Work with design, validation, quality and manufacturing teams on issues.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation and analysis.
