Job summary
Search Staffing Pte Ltd is partnering with a global automotive technology company to recruit a Senior / Principal Engineer, ATE Test Engineering. You will develop test programs for Advantest V93K/A93K testers, supporting wafer sort, burn-in and final test, while ensuring test accuracy, quality and reliability.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and brings 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) semiconductor experience, plus hands-on ATE development,
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
- 5+ years semiconductor experience for Senior Engineer, 8 years for Principal
- Hands-on experience with Advantest V93000 (V93K) or A93K ATE testers
- Experience with wafer sort, burn-in, and/or final test
- Ability to analyze test data, diagnose failures, and optimize tests
Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and optimize semiconductor test programs for Advantest V93K/A93K testers
- Characterize and qualify new chips and release test programs to production
- Analyze test results to improve coverage, efficiency, and yield
- Support test hardware development and qualification (probe cards, load boards, etc.)
- Collaborate with OSATs, Product Engineering and Design teams to resolve issues during qualification and production
