Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Product Policy Manager for Search within its Trust & Safety team in Singapore. You will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, operations, legal and other stakeholders to craft policies and safety strategies for Search features.

You will identify safety risks for new launches, work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and provide user-safety input to product feature launches while developing effective UGC policies and training.

Qualifications

3+ years in technology with policy development, program management or risk assessment.
Experience working with engineering, product and design teams.
Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset.
Experience with international partners across time zones.
Ability to handle complex and graphic material.

Responsibilities

Identify and anticipate safety risks to support new launches of Search policies, products and features.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement safety solutions.
Provide user-safety input to product feature launches.
Develop UGC content policies, guidance and safety strategies.
Align product safety features with overall product strategy and community well‑being.
Research Trust and Safety best practices and close policy gaps.
Set goals and milestones for safety improvements across Search features.
Build consensus on global feature policies with multiple teams.
