Job summary

TikTok is seeking a product-minded analyst for its search team in Singapore to improve discovery experiences for global users. You will analyze user feedback, work with policy, strategy and ML teams, and help identify gaps and opportunities to improve search performance.

The role emphasizes understanding user needs, clear problem definition, cross-functional collaboration, and staying current with LLM technologies to drive practical adoption in day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong logical thinking and data mindset.
• Ability to deeply understand user needs and define problems clearly from a user-centric perspective.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to drive projects forward through efficient cross-functional partnership.
• Strong execution and ownership mindset.
• Preferred: experience in LLM evaluation or user-facing product roles.
• Preferred: experience in search.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user feedback data across multiple TikTok channels. Partner with Policy/Strategy and ML/Algorithm teams to produce actionable UX insights reports guiding strategy iterations.
• Work with Algorithm teams on strategy performance analysis and online audits to ensure effectiveness and identify deviations.
• Stay up to date with Large Language Model (LLM) technologies and drive practical adoption of LLMs in day-to-day work scenarios.
