Job summary

Flex in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations on assigned lines, ensuring targets for volume, quality and cost are met. The role reports to the Senior Manager and involves directing shift activities, coaching operators, and coordinating with engineers and maintenance.

Responsibilities include leading line production, evaluating performance, driving improvements, and ensuring safety and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the production of multiple processes/lines to meet volume and quality targets.
• Evaluates plant performance and advises on improvements to efficiency and quality.
• Leads a team of professionals to satisfy quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Troubleshoots operational issues and coaches operators to improve performance.
• Incorporates ideas for plant improvements and develops project proposals with engineers.
• Provides technical guidance to project teams and may interface with maintenance functions.
