AIR LIQUIDE ADVANCED MATERIALS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Production Engineer to optimize plant operations, resolve technical issues, and drive safe, efficient production of quality products.

Collaborating with Maintenance, Quality and HSE, you will lead Lean/CI initiatives, monitor KPIs, and manage local capital projects to improve reliability and performance. You will ensure procedures are followed, drive MOC closure, and develop documentation to train operators and sustain

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum of 3+ years in process/production engineering.
Fluency in English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as Local Expert for the ALAM product line, understanding chemistry, plant operation, and capacity.
Establish & monitor KPIs daily against safety, quality, and productivity goals.
Design, develop, and manage small to medium capital projects to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality.
Implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and process control.
Drive MOC from initiation to closure for plant and process changes.
