Michael Page Singapore is seeking a senior engineer to lead the development and optimisation of next-generation NAND dry etch processes, driving innovation in advanced semiconductor R&D. You will define strategies for critical modules and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into scalable manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have advanced degrees, deep plasma etching knowledge, and a proven track record leading complex projects while mentoring engineers and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D programs transitioning to manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of plasma etching fundamentals.
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects.
• Experience with high aspect ratio etch applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and optimisation of advanced dry etch processes.
• Drive process innovation to meet device targets.
• Define and execute technology development strategies.
• Collaborate with integration, lithography, deposition, CMP and metallisation teams.
• Partner with equipment engineering and suppliers on roadmaps.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
