Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking a senior engineer to lead the development and optimisation of next-generation dry etch processes for memory technologies. You will drive innovative solutions across device architectures, collaborating with process integration, lithography, deposition, and equipment teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, present progress to senior stakeholders, and shape technology strategies for scalable manufacturing readiness in a globally connected R&D

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of plasma etching fundamentals and surface interactions.
• Experience with high aspect ratio etch applications and advanced pattern transfer challenges.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools; exposure to automation/AI-driven optimization is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimisation of advanced dry etch processes for next-generation memory technologies.
• Drive process innovation to meet device architecture and performance targets.
• Define and execute technology development strategies for critical semiconductor process modules.
• Collaborate with process integration, lithography, deposition, wet process, CMP and metallisation teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Partner with equipment engineering and suppliers to map future hardware and capability roadmaps.
• Lead investigations and problem-solving on high aspect ratio and advanced pattern transfer applications.
• Present findings and strategy to senior stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
