Job summary

BM MAINTENANCE WERKZ is seeking an experienced Executive to lead our Plumbing and Heating team, overseeing projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

You will mentor plumbers and technicians, coordinate resources and budgets, and communicate clearly with clients to ensure requirements are met. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to problem-solving across islandwide sites, including weekend and overtime work.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple plumbing/heating projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage plumbing and heating projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and mentor plumbers, heating technicians, and apprentices.
• Implement quality assurance to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate resources, materials, labor, and equipment for projects.
• Monitor budgets and ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
• Ensure safety protocols and regular safety inspections are conducted.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Communicate with clients and address questions or concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve efficiency.
