• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
• BCS Permann/BCPPF qualifications or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress.
• Coordinate technical matters with main contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Plan equipment and manpower deployment to optimize resources on sites.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Job Summary

Manage plumbing projects by programming, scheduling, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and compliance with technical and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate technical and progress matters with main contractors, consultants, site supervisors, and subcontractors to align project goals
• Develop, monitor, and review equipment and manpower deployment plans to optimize resource utilization on project sites
• Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, and daily project progress reports to management and stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and promptly update management on any schedule variances to enable proactive decision-making
• Serve as the primary point of contact to communicate project status and resolve issues among all project participants
• Apply knowledge of plumbing and sanitary works to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with standards
• Perform additional ad-hoc assignments as directed by superiors to support project and organizational objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Holder of a valid License Plumber and/or License Gas Service Worker certification
• Diploma or Professional Certificate in Engineering (Mechanical), Construction, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing multiple project sites in a similar role
• Proficient in project management principles and practices
• Process BCA BCPPF qualifications
