You will liaise with contractors and clients, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and safety regulations for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plumbing installation activities to ensure adherence to project drawings, specifications and timelines
• Supervise site personnel, contractors and workers to maintain quality and safety standards during plumbing works
• Collaborate with project teams, suppliers and clients to resolve issues and facilitate smooth project execution
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks on site
• Inspect plumbing installations regularly to verify conformity with technical and quality requirements
• Plan and allocate manpower for plumbing works according to project requirements and site conditions
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, plans and technical specifications for installation methods and materials
• Supervise and guide plumbing workers and subcontractors to ensure proper workmanship
• Coordinate testing and commissioning of plumbing systems and ensure proper operation
• Prepare and maintain site records including progress updates, material usage and inspection records
