Job summary

Cheong Fong Construction Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Operations Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary) in Singapore to bridge project management and site supervision, ensuring installations meet quality, safety, and schedule targets.

You will oversee multiple sites, coordinate supervisors and subcontractors, manage material procurement, ensure PUB and BCA compliance, and uphold stringent WSH standards on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site operations/supervision in Plumbing, Sanitary in Singapore.
• Deep understanding of Singapore building codes, PUB standards, and structural layouts.
• Proven ability to manage construction workers and subcontractors under tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Oversee daily operations across multiple construction sites and ensure plumbing/sanitary installations meet blueprints.
• Resource Allocation: schedule and deploy supervisors, direct workers, and subcontractors to maximize productivity.
• Material Control: monitor procurement, delivery, and inventory of fixtures to prevent downtime.
• Compliance & QA: ensure works comply with PUB regulations and BCA standards.
• Stakeholder Coordination: attend site meetings with main contractors, PEs, consultants, and developers to resolve bottlenecks.
• Safety Management: enforce WSH protocols to maintain an accident-free environment.
