Job summary

JAG ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager (Mechanical) to oversee planning, design, and on-site construction of plumbing and sanitary systems. You will lead the design team, coordinate with contractors and authorities, and ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant PM/design work, strong leadership, and MS Office proficiency. Candidate must work on-site and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in design, planning & project management of Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Independent and able to multi-task.
• Detail-oriented with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning and construction works at site.
• Supervise site works to meet Safety and Quality standards.
• Lead design team in preparing technical submissions of design proposals & drawings.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with main contractor, consultant, and authorities.
• Document and monitor progress to prevent delays.
• Control costs to keep the project within budget.
• Report to management.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ PUB Licensed Plumber is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in design, planning & project management of Plumbing & Sanitary systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
