Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics/Mechatronics with 10+ years of product development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in power electronics design, including circuit analysis, simulation, PCB design and thermal management.
• Experience using LTSpice, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, Mentor Graphics or equivalent.

Lead / Senior Engineer, Power Electronics

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, evaluation and development of new power electronics technologies and design solutions from concept through product readiness.
• Design, simulate, prototype and validate power electronic circuits and systems, ensuring performance, reliability and manufacturability.
• Collaborate withcross-functional teams and external partners to assess technical feasibility, cost, risks and implementation plans.
• Support product development teams in integrating new technologies into commercial products while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline with at least 10 years of product development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in power electronics design, including circuit analysis, simulation, PCB design, power semiconductors and thermal management.
• Experience using simulation and design tools such as LTSpice, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, Mentor Graphics or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of EMC/EMI compliance, design verification, and product development from concept through production.
• Experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) or Motor Drive Systems (BLDC, PMDC or AC motors), withknowledge of AC-DC/DC-DC conversion and battery charging technologies considered advantageous.
