Unknown is seeking a Lead / Senior Engineer, Power Electronics to join their Singapore-based Advanced Development team. You will lead the research, evaluation and development of power electronics technologies from concept through product readiness.

The role requires 10+ years of product development in electronics, strong hands-on design and experience with BMS/ motor drives is advantageous. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners is essential for successful

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics/Mechatronics with 10+ years of product development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in power electronics design, including circuit analysis, simulation, PCB design and thermal management.
Experience using LTSpice, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium, Mentor Graphics or equivalent.

Responsabilités

Lead the research, evaluation and development of new power electronics technologies and design solutions from concept through product readiness.
Design, simulate, prototype and validate power electronic circuits and systems, ensuring performance, reliability and manufacturability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to assess technical feasibility, cost, risks and implementation plans.
Support product development teams in integrating new technologies into commercial products while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
Drive technical innovation by building organizational knowledge, presenting data-driven recommendations and contributing to future technology roadmaps.
