Job summary

Siong Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced M&E on-site coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works in accordance with project specs and local regulations.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate with architectural and structural teams, supervise subcontractors, and lead testing, commissioning, and handover with proper documentation and authority approvals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• 3–5 years in M&E coordination and site execution in Singapore construction.
• Knowledge of local codes (BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA) and M&E installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E shop drawings and submittals and resolve clashes between trades.
• Supervise subcontractors to meet schedule, quality, and budget constraints.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover with proper documentation and approvals.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health practices on site with compliance to codes.
• Prepare progress reports and manage variation orders with stakeholders.
