Job summary

SINGCON (M&E) Services Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced coordinator for M&E projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating activities with MainCon, Owners and Consultants to arrange on-site works with personnel and to oversee smooth project transitions to completion.

The position requires a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years in M&E or related construction sectors, plus safety certifications like SCWSH/BCSS. Strong coordination and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in M&E works or relevant construction industries.
• Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS.
• Has experience working in building construction.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work

Responsibilities

• Coordinating activities – liaising with MainCon, Owners & Consultants to arrange on site works with Personnel.
• Oversees the project/s and ensure smooth transition and completion.
• Planning & Scheduling of Resources and Manpower – ensure schedules and deadlines are met and materials required are properly arranged.
• Budgeting and Control – monitor and always ensure that Budget and Manpower are managed properly.
• Control Documentation and Responsiveness – Prepare and submit all necessary documentations from the commencement to completion of projects to all relevant project stakeholders.
