Job summary

Yong Lee Plumbing & Sanitary Pte Ltd is seeking an MEP Engineer to manage and coordinate M&E, P&S works on site, and to supervise installation, integration, and commissioning per area of expertise.

You will liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, review drawings and method statements, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and local authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Engineering Consultancy.
• Solid understanding in at least one area: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate with site teams, and resolve technical issues.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate M&E, P&S-related works on site.
• Supervise installation, integration, and commissioning works in your area of expertise.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
