Job summary

Solidtek M&E Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E professional to oversee planning, coordination and on-site execution of M&E works in Singapore, ensuring conformance with project specifications and local regulations.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate with consultants, supervise subcontractors, and lead testing, commissioning and handover while maintaining safety, quality and schedule. This role requires strong leadership and communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of M&E coordination and site execution experience in Singapore’s construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of local codes (BCA/SCDF/PUB/NEA) and M&E installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E shop drawings and submittals; resolve clashes and coordination issues.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to align with schedule, quality and budget.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover with proper documentation and approvals.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health on site and ensure compliance with codes.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
