Job summary

SOLIDTEK M&E PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced on-site M&E Project Coordinator to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of M&E works on Singapore construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specs and local regulations.

You will review shop drawings, coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors, supervise teams, and lead testing, commissioning, and handover while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services engineering.
• 3–5 years of M&E coordination and site execution experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of BCA/SCDF/PUB/NEA and M&E installation standards.
• Proactive, meticulous, able to work under pressure, and a team player.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM/Revit (advantageous), and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review M&E shop drawings and resolve clashes with other trades.
• Supervise sub-contractors to align with schedule, quality, and budget.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover with documentation and approvals.
• Enforce WSH practices on site and ensure compliance with codes.
• Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
