Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Quality: Cook and plate menu items according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent taste and portions during peak lunch/dinner crowds.
• Staff Supervision: Guide and manage cooks and stall assistants, assign tasks, and coordinate workflow.
• Hygiene & Food Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in line with regulations.
• Inventory & Ordering: Monitor stock levels, assist with orders, and check incoming deliveries for freshness.
• Waste & Cost Control: Track usage to minimize waste and control portions.
• Equipment Upkeep: Clean and maintain stoves, steamers, and chillers; report faults promptly.
• Operations Support: Manage rush-hour orders and cover cooking stations as needed.
