Job summary

RAM'S FOOD AND SERVICES in Singapore is seeking a hands-on stall assistant to support daily operations across food preparation, cooking, and service during peak hours. You will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in a busy stall environment.

Responsibilities include portion control, stock monitoring, and assisting with deliveries, as well as customer service, cashiering, and packing takeaway items when needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash, chop, and prep ingredients (meat, seafood, vegetables, sauces), and cook dishes according to standard recipes or stall procedures.
• Prepare and assemble orders quickly during peak breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours to maintain fast service.
• Follow consistent portion sizes to control food waste and check ingredient freshness before cooking.
• Keep the small stall kitchen, cooking equipment, and utensils clean, and store raw and cooked foods at proper temperatures in line with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) standards.
• Check daily supplies, monitor low stock items, and assist with receiving or organizing deliveries.
• Help with customer service, taking orders, cashiering, or packing takeaway food and drinks if the stall team is small.
