Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced chef to lead our busy kitchen at Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar. You will prepare and cook dishes to recipes, supervise junior staff, and ensure quality and food safety.

You will manage inventory, develop menu options, and collaborate with the team to maintain smooth service. The role offers a 5‑day work week, 10am–9pm with breaks, and a competitive package including AWS, incentives and bonus.

Qualifications

• Cook experience in Spanish/Western cuisine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee and coordinate junior kitchen staff, ensuring procedures are followed and cleanliness is maintained.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to keep ingredients fresh and available.
• Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu to stay current and appealing.
• Ensure all dishes meet standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations within the kitchen.
• Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.
