Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Captain/Supervisor for Spanish cuisine at Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar / PLQ 1, Singapore. You will greet guests, take orders, ensure a flawless dining experience, and coordinate with the kitchen to deliver orders accurately.

Responsibilities include handling payments, maintaining a tidy dining area, and performing ad-hoc duties as rostered. Experience of 1–2 years is preferred, with 44 hours per week across 5.5 or 5 days roster.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Clearing dirty dishes, cleaning and resetting tables for the next customers, and ensuring the dining area remains tidy and organized
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
