Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Chef (Spanish cuisine) for a 5-day work week from 10am to 9pm, with a 2-hour break. The role includes food preparation, kitchen supervision, inventory management, and menu development at Guoco Tower / Tanjong Pagar area in Singapore.

Salary ranges from 2,700 SGD to 3,000 SGD monthly plus overtime, incentives and bonuses. Experience in Spanish cuisine is preferred. Location is on-site at Singapore’s Guoco Tower area.

Qualifications

• Experience in Spanish cuisine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Oversee junior kitchen staff and ensure cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
• Assist in creating and updating the menu.
• Ensure dishes meet taste, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
