Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Chef (Spanish cuisine) to join the kitchen team.

Working 5 days a week, 10am–9pm with a 2-hour break, you will lead food preparation and ensure authentic Spanish dishes meet our quality standards. You will supervise junior staff, manage inventory, help develop the menu, monitor hygiene and safety, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver smooth service and menus that delight guests.

Qualifications

• With cook experience in Spanish cuisine is preferred

Responsibilities

• Food preparation according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Oversee and coordinate junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
• Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu to keep it current and appealing.
• Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations within the kitchen.
• Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.
