Job summary

The National University Of Singapore seeks an experienced leader to head a team responsible for investigating security incidents and student misconduct. You will coordinate with Care Units to support students and review evidence to produce holistic investigations with actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities include overseeing case management, compiling management reports, and serving as the primary liaison with government agencies. Flexibility to work irregular hours is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline with extensive investigative experience preferred.
• Strong written communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience with evidence handling and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Proven ability to lead investigations and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and personally conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and student misconduct.
• Coordinate with Care Units to provide support to students during investigations.
• Review and analyse evidence and prepare comprehensive investigation reports with recommendations.
• Oversee case management and ensure files and KPIs are up to date.
• Prepare management reports on investigation outcomes, trends and statistics.
• Act as primary liaison with government agencies on investigation matters.
• Provide investigative advisory support to management, faculties, and departments.
• Undertake ad hoc assignments as directed.
