Job summary

National University of Singapore is seeking an experienced Administrative Support professional to join the Research Compliance and Integrity Office (RCIO). You will administer university-wide research ethics training, manage queries, and oversee the Box account to ensure smooth operation of the Responsible Conduct of Research program for staff and students.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in administrative roles.
• Familiarity with IT tools and digital services.
• Extensive experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administering University-wide research ethics training programme and supporting the Responsible Conduct of Research for staff and students, including basic queries and Box account management.
• Maintaining accurate records in RCIO databases of whistleblower complaints, case precedents and confidential communications.
• Facilitating RCIO preliminary investigations by providing administrative support and maintaining case files per guidelines.
• Coordinating inter-unit operations and meetings between RCIO and IACUC, IRB, OHR, ORMC, PVO and Research Institutes/Schools/Departments.
• Assisting with RCIO-initiated projects to promote research integrity across the NUS research community, including outreach and events.
