Job summary

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Prepare assigned dishes according to the menu.
• Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards per regulations.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and report faults.
• Assist in menu planning with the Unit Manager and Sous Chef.
• Record temperatures for all refrigerators and daily cooking core temperature.
• Oversee kitchen areas when Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef is unavailable.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Sous Chef and Unit Manager.
