Job summary

HAVE FUN SUNTEC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on chef to cook diverse fusion cuisines and support the Unit Manager/Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

You will lead and train kitchen staff, supervise planning and food preparation, ensure food safety and quality, monitor inventory, and perform regular checks on hygiene and cleanliness. You must be able to take on additional tasks as required by Management.

Responsibilities

• In charge of cooking various fusion cuisines (As per required by outlet).
• Support the Unit Manager/Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management.
• Assist the Unit Manager/Head Chef in leading, supervising, rostering, and training kitchen staff
• Assist in supervising, planning, and organizing food preparation
• Ensure standards for food safety, food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to inventory ordering
• Set, monitor, and maintain standards of food prepared
• Conduct frequent checks in section with regards to food preparation, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
