Job summary

HF Chinatown Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Kitchen Associate to cook fusion cuisines as required by the outlet and assist in daily kitchen operations.

You will support the Unit Manager/Head Chef in management tasks, rostering, and training of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth kitchen workflow and adherence to safety standards. You will supervise food preparation, monitor quality and hygiene, and maintain inventory levels.

Responsibilities

• In charge of cooking various fusion cuisines (As per required by outlet).
• Support the Unit Manager/Head Chef in all areas of kitchen management.
• Assist the Unit Manager/Head Chef in leading, supervising, rostering, and training kitchen staff
• Assist in supervising, planning, and organizing food preparation
• Ensure standards for food safety, food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to inventory ordering
• Set, monitor, and maintain standards of food prepared
• Conduct frequent checks in section with regards to food preparation, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management
