Job summary

MENG JING EATING HOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated chef/cook to lead kitchen operations in a busy Singapore eatery. You will plan, prepare, and cook dishes according to recipes while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory and food costs, and coordinate with management on menu planning and customer satisfaction. Prior culinary training or a certificate is preferred, and readiness to work holidays and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef or cook.
