Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer/electrical engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in customer-facing engineering roles preferred.
• Embedded security knowledge: cryptography, secure boot, and firmware update.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical escalation point for Security Firmware on SSD products.
• Guide customers through configuration and validation of SSD security features.
• Reproduce failures in lab and provide root-cause analysis.
• Develop, unit test, and validate Security Firmware changes.
• Assess impact of vulnerabilities and support remediation and disclosure.
• Support customer security audits and certification activities.
